Development of The Pavilions into extension to Swords Town Centre (Large mixed development including retail neighbourhood services, , community services and c. 00 residential units, which form the remaining part of the new Swords Master Plan)
Many of these developments have won architectural, urban design, landscape and engineering awards.
Michael has been integral to the development of innovative construction systems being used on many of our projects, as well as the design ethic promoted by OMP.
He has been successful in many design bids and competitions, including Ballymun Housing Competition, Cherry Or¬chard Affordable Housing (PPP with Dublin City Council, Docklands Housing competition at Hanover Quay
more recently the original Digital Hub PPP bid, and more recently Greystones Harbour and North Beach Redevelopment.(PPP with Wick¬low Co. Co.).
Michael has also been awarded in various other competitions in Ireland, Japan, and France and has lectured and exhibited to the AAI, and has been a part time tutor in the Architectural Department at DIT.
