Michael has been involved in the design and delivery of many of OMP’s recent projects.
He has been project director on such recent significant schemes as:
Millennium Tower at Charlotte Quay (Mixed development including neighbourhood services, retail, community services and c. 00 residential units, including one of the first landmark residential buildings within Dublin Docklands). Mount St Annes, Phases 1 and 2 at Milltown (Mixed development including neighbourhood services, retail, community services and c. 650 residential units). Cedar Brook at Cherry Orchard (Mixed development including neighbourhood and community services and c. 75 residential units). Addison Park at Glasnevin. Hanover Quay Dock (Mixed development including neighbourhood services, retail, community services and c. 00 residential units). Thornwood and Booterstown Hall at Booterstown, designed (with Local Authority) as gateway buildings onto the N11 (Mixed development including neighbourhood services, retail, and c. 200 residential units)
Station Quarter at Adamstown District Centre designed as a neighbourhood within the new town centre.
