Joined the practice in February 2007 as Director of Architecture for O’Mahony Pike London from Broadway Maylan. He has worked his way through the ranks of Broadway Malyan as it has expanded its business initially joining the Reading Office, the education team and followed into a 2 year term working with the International team through Northern and Central Europe to establish the international working base of the practice – latterly assisting with the setting up of the Warsaw Office. In the previous 3 years he was dedicated to the establishment of the Birmingham Office, starting the process with a brief to determine the viability of the practice investment onto and through to execution and relocation. When he left the Broadway Maylan office it had a staff of 20 with a turn over of approx £ 1m – the first Office in the BM Ltd Group to show a positive income in the opening year and profit contribution. Stephen has, within the 12 months within the Birmingham market, become a known, well connected and respected professional.
