Tom graduated from Bolton School of Architecture in 1988. Since his graduation he has worked with Delaney MacVeigh and Pike and its successor O’Mahony Pike which was formed in 1992.
Tom has been a director in OMP for the past 7 years. Together with his co-directors Tom has shared responsibility for running the practice of over 120 employees and also leads a design team of 18 people in the Dublin office.
Tom has received numerous awards in design competitions such as civic offices in Longford, a mixed development in Portobello, a mixed development in Crofton Road, Dun Laoghaire and a residential development in Goatstown, Dublin, and Best Brownfield Mixed Development in Britian and Ireland for the Gasworks, Barrow St, Dublin.

Tom has worked as director in charge on the following key projects:
• Mixed development at Barrow Street of 630 Apartments and 2 office buildings - 120,000 and 130,000 sq ft respectively.
• Mixed development at Crofton Road, Dun Laoghaire - 141 apartments and 60,000 sq ft office.
