Digital Hub

This scheme (a joint project with McCullough Mulvin Architects) provides a unique design for Dublin's Digital Quarter, developing digital media offices, apartments, commercial and educational space within the quarter in a wide variety of architectural forms that, while innovative, keep in context with existing buildings.

New buildings are linear in form, allowing for sun-filled modern streets and spaces between them. The plan contains a strong memory of the traditional lanes on old plots leading back from Thomas Street.
