OMP won a Dublin City Council design competition to prepare proposals for an affordable housing development.

The Public Private Partnership scheme comprised Park Developments, Sisk Contractors and DBFL Structural Engineers.

This development of 376 duplex units, apartments and town houses involved the design of a pre-cast concrete construction system, reducing the building programme by a minimum of 30%, while producing quality and economical contemporary housing.
