Dublin Docklands

In 2001 the Dublin Docklands Development Authority invited OMP to submit a scheme for a high quality residential development on a Grand Canal Dock site. The proposal was required to comply with the Authority’s Planning Scheme 2000 for the Grand Canal Dock and to include 20% social/affordable housing.

The scheme was selected by the jury as runner-up in the competition and resulted in the awarding of the Hanover Quay project to OMP.
