St. Brock's

This site is approximately 1 acre, including the existing elegant, curved Secondary School building, dating from the 1950s. OMP's brief was to design Sheltered Apartments to add to St.Vincent de Paul's stock in the city.

It was decided to retain the main part of the existing building, replace the top floor and roof, extend the building to the rear and refurbish the interior and exterior to provide 31 sheltered units (9 no. 2 beds and 22 no.1 bed) the majority of which are dual aspect with deck access and all with common facilities internally and externally.
