Pelletstown

Planning the 107 acres site around Pelletstown House presents an opportunity to develop the lands using the most up to date environmental policies & planning guidelines, incorporating maximum sustainability and providing distinctive urban character.

Approximately 4,000 new homes are planned within a framework of two town centres, including commercial areas, bus and rail links, cycle lanes, community facilities and open spaces. Completion is expected in 2008.
