The project comprises an equal split of family terrace housing, duplex units and walk up apartments.  The layout follows a traditional permeable street pattern linking housing courts, with a central green space.

Taller corner apartment buildings act as reference points within the estate and differing colours of building materials identify main traffic routes and pedestrian priority courtyards. 

A high quality soft landscaping programme was put in place in all public areas including front garden spaces.
