Balbriggan

The site was originally derelict and comprises an area of 0.79 hectares in the centre of Balbriggan. It is located within the jurisdiction of Fingal County Council. The redevelopment of this centrally located prime site provides a major catalyst for renewal and overcomes an important barrier to development. It enhances the commercial core of the town.

The scheme complies with the vision for the town expressed in the Balbriggan Integrated Area Plan and the Fingal County Council Development Plan 1999.
