Kilkenny, Western Environs LAP

Through a series of Urban design and Infrastructure recommendations, illustrative layouts and images, a series of documents were produced to guide the delivery of sustainable development for these lands.  The Local Area plan sets out a statutory framework for the 140 hectares on the western environs of Kilkenny.  The Phased + costed delivery Matrix identified how housing delivery was contingent on the necessary physical and community infrastructure. These include parks, schools, non residential uses, roads and services.
