This 4 Star hotel was built as part of the Park Lane Development at a pivotal location in the heart of Ballsbridge.

The hotel benefits from a new pedestrian plaza linking Ballsbridge Terrace to Herbert Park.

Extensive glazing throughout the open plan ground floor provides guests with prime views of the park. The layout and partitions are design for maximum flexibility.

Further interest was created with internal planting, frescoes in the dining columns and a cantilevered helical concrete stairs leading to the first floor residents’ lounge.
