St. Anne's, Northbrook Road

The development consists of four two bay, two storey, over basement listed Victorian houses forming a unified red brick terrace. The terrace was used as a hospital for over 100 years and many of the original features were lost.

The houses have been converted into two self-contained duplex units with all of the original features reinstated to the rear. They are separated by an open atrium providing access to a modern pavilion building, with one and two bedroom apartments, overlooking a central landscaped garden.

On a mews lane behind the site are 8 two storey courtyard houses with living spaces on the first floor. Despite the deep plan the houses are bright and spacious utilising inner courtyards and double height ceilings.
