This 200 hectare Special Development Zone masterplan includes housing, offices, retail, day care, recreation, community facilities and open space around a new transit interchange. The plan for this new community envisages:

- Local employment opportunities / A mix of private and adaptable public spaces, routes and recreational facilities
- The creation of sustainable, lively, attractive and stimulating urban forms
- A design to a human scale around pedestrian priority access and movement, enhancing local character and distinctiveness.
